All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products once an order has been placed and processed.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be modified or canceled as they may already be in processing.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
